In an medium bowl mix together ground meat, ginger, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet, repeat until done.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry meatballs on medium heat until cooked all the way through. Once meatballs are cooked place them on a cooling rack sitting on a baking sheet, or a baking sheet lined with paper towels to let off excess oil.

Prepare the BBQ ginger glaze by heating the bottle of BBQ sauce in a medium saucepan on medium heat, adding the brown sugar, vinegar and salt. Stir constantly, bringing to a boil. Mix until sauce is thickened.

Remove saucepan from heat and add meatballs to sauce pan and coat with BBQ ginger glaze. Do this in small amounts making sure not to overcrowd the saucepan.

Place on a serving dish and serve as an appetizer or as a meal with rice.
