These almond flour chocolate chip muffins are are my kids favorite! They make the perfect easy breakfast or kid friendly snack. This recipe was created with my oldest son Landon. I asked him if he wanted to make chocolate chip muffins and he excitedly told me “yes”, but he wanted to create his own recipe! We went to work to create the perfect combination of ingredients for the most delicious muffins you’ve ever tasted. Made with almond flour and maple syrup, these muffins are completely grain free and low in sugar, but they taste like the most amazing comfort food! Filled with so much chocolaty goodness and so fluffy and moist! You will be so happy you made these! Hope you enjoy!
