Almond Flour Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, mix together and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add melted coconut oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet, sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 9-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
