These gluten free s'mores rice crispy treats are an absolutely amazing treat! So gooey and chewy from the marshmallows and butter, with the perfect amount of crunch from the gluten free graham crackers. So much chocolate flavors with the chocolate cereal and the added chocolate chips. Each bite will leave the flavors of s'mores exploding in your mouth. Hope you ENJOY!!!!

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.

Set aside 1/2 cup marshmallows, then crush gluten free graham crackers and set aside.

In a large pot melt butter and remaining marshmallows over medium heat, continuously stirring until melted.

Once melted add cereal and graham crackers into pot and fold everything together, let sit for 5 minutes.

Add chocolate chips and remaining marshmallow and lightly combine until evenly distributed throughout.

Place rice crispies into baking dish and press down with parchment paper until top is smooth and even.

Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.
