The deliciousness of a gluten free, fluffy pancake mixed with the amazing flavors of a cinnamon roll, swirled with cinnamon sugar filling and topped with a cream cheese glaze. Your taste buds will go crazy. So easy to make and so good.
In a bowl combine cinnamon filling ingredients, once everything is mixed together scoop into a piping bag and set aside.
Prepare the cream cheese glaze my mixing together butter, cream cheese and vanilla then slowly add powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
Prepare pancakes as directed on package.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto had griddle or skillet.
Snip small corner of the piping bag containing cinnamon filling and lightly squeeze into a spiral shape on top of pancake starting on the inside moving to the outside. Be sure not to get too close to the edges.
Once pancake is ready to flip, flip and let cook until done. Before making more pancakes be sure to wipe up excess sugar left behind.
Once pancakes are ready to eat top with cream cheese glaze and serve immediately.
