If you love pizza then you will love this gluten free four cheese pizza dip! This delicious, creamy dip is loaded with four different kinds of cheeses! Starting with a base of cream cheese and ricotta cheese, a layer of pizza sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan and mozzarella and then topped with pepperonis. This dip will be the perfect appetizer for any occasion or just a fun family dip for pizza night.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add mixture into a greased 10 inch skillet.
Top ricotta with pizza sauce and evenly spread with a spatula.
Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella over the top of the pizza sauce, then top with pepperonis.
Place in the over for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling around the edge.
Serve with your favorite gluten free cracker.
