Slow Cooker Beef Tacos
So tender and flavorful. These slow cooker beef tacos are filled with the flavors of garlic, chipotle pepper, onions and bell peppers. Serve on over a gluten free tortilla, on top of lettuce or over your favorite corn chips. Top with your favorite topping and ENJOY!!!!
Place water in bottom of slow cooker and add beef roast.
Cut up onion and pepper and place on top of the roast. Add garlic, chipotle, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
Shred meat using two forks.
Serve over a gluten free tortilla, lettuce or corn chips and top with you favorite toppings.
