This pulled pork recipe is cooked low and slow. So tender and juicy filled with amazing flavors and loads of BBQ sauce. Best part is that it is so easy and naturally gluten free!
Trim off any unwanted fat from pork roast and place in slow cooker with water poured on the bottom, season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic and onions.
Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours, until tender and able to pull apart.
Remove the roast from slow cooker and shred with two forks, place back in slow cooker and pour desired BBQ sauce on top and mix in.
