Prepare pancakes as directed on package and add pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin spice.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto had griddle or skillet.
Once pancakes are ready to flip, flip and let cook until done.
Repeat set 2 and 3 until all pancakes are done.
Once pancakes are ready to eat top with whipped cream and syrup.
