Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas
In a small bowl combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mixing until combine. Set aside.
Thinly slice chicken into long strips.
Heat large pan on medium-high heat. Coat bottom of pan with avocado oil. Add chicken, season with prepared seasoning mix and cook all the way through.
While chicken is cooking thinly slice peppers into long strips, slice onion and mushrooms.
Once chicken is cooked thoroughly add in peppers, onions, mushrooms and tamari. Cook until peppers, onions and mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with warmed tortillas, chips, salad or anyway you desire. Add your favorite toppings.
