Gluten-free donuts are a huge deal in our house. Unfortunately they are not easy to come by and when we do find them they are never that good. This recipe is so easy and tastes exactly like a cake donut from a donut shop. My family absolutely loves them and they make my kids so happy.
Gluten Free Cake Donuts are the perfect combination of a fluffy cake and the amazing flavors and shape of a donut. Glazed with white chocolate and topped with your favorite sprinkles. These gluten free donuts will make you and your family so happy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease donut pan.
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Place the batter in a piping bag or a large baggy and cut about 1/2 inch off corner and squeeze batter into each donut cavity filling about 3/4 the way full.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan, then place on a wire rack to cool.
To make glaze microwave white chocolate chips and heavy cream for 30 seconds, stir and continue heating in 20 second increments, stirring each time until melted and smooth.
Dip cooled donuts in glaze and immediately add sprinkles.
ENJOY!!!!
