Prepare rice as per instructions on the package.
In a large skillet brown ground beef on medium heat, then add chicken broth, onions, broccoli, garlic, ginger. salt and pepper stirring occasionally until broccoli is cooked.
Add coconut aminos and let cook for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds and crushed red pepper.
